AN ORIGINAL OR CERTIFIED COPY OF A PRIMARY PHOTO IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT

Primary Photo Identification Document

To comply with regulatory requirements, we accept the following primary photo identification documents. These documents must be original or certified copies and meet specific criteria for verification.

A valid passport

A valid passport for international travel with specific requirements.

  • •Issued by Commonwealth or a foreign government for international travel
  • •Must contain a photograph and signature of the customer
  • •Must be issued by the United Nations or an agency of the United Nations
  • •Must be written in a language understood by the verifier (specifically states "must have English language")

A valid driver license

Issued under a law of a State or Territory or equivalent authority of a foreign country for driving a vehicle. Must contain a photograph of the customer. Examples given include "learner permit and boat/marine license."

A card issued under a law of a State or Territory for the purpose of proving the person's age

Must contain a photograph of the person. Example given is "PROOF OF AGE card."

A national identity card

A national identity card issued for identification purposes with specific requirements.

  • •Must contain a photograph and signature of the person
  • •Must be issued by a foreign government, the United Nations, or an agency of the United Nations
  • •Must be written in a language understood by the verifier

Other forms of customer identification, which are not issued by any government, including expired ID, student ID, employee ID, or loyalty Card etc are considered void and unacceptable at United Global Pay.
